I don't think he was saying HE's undervalued, more that the 147 is undervalued. He wanted to build it up so it was a big prize when it was won.

He may be a loon but he definitely loves snooker and what he did wasn't disrespectful in the slightest. Before this happened I doubt most people even knew there was a tournament going on so it's great publicity for the game.
